The Master is looking forward to welcoming you to the Company’s Livery Dinner with the Associated Companies, the first of the Company’s two annual formal functions, on Tuesday 06 November 2018 at the Mercers’ Hall at 6.30 for 7.00 pm.  Dress is Black Tie.

The Master has invited Baron Leigh of Hurley to reply on behalf of the guests and who, with the Officers from the Associated Companies, the Incorporation of Masons of Glasgow and other distinguished guests, will ensure a most interesting and pleasurable evening.

The Court wishes to encourage Liverymen to attend this fellowship event at which guests are traditionally either private or business associates.  With this event’s increasing popularity, the Company are limiting the number of guests that may initially be invited to three people and you are strongly advised to apply as soon as possible.

The ticket price for this event has been set at £130 for each Liveryman and £140 for each guest, both prices being inclusive of VAT.  Places will be allocated only upon receipt of payment and a completed application form. Forms received without names cannot be accepted.  Each Liveryman will initially be eligible for 4 tickets in total.  Those who would like to invite additional guests are invited to submit the names of their potential guests for inclusion on the Reserve List.  Success of Reserve List applications will be advised by the Clerk on or after 23 October.

All pour mémoire invitations will be sent to the hosting Liverymen only.  No applications or cancellations can be accepted after 23 October 2018, although the list may close earlier if all places are allocated.
